you gotta be careful with chanca- if you have large gall stones, it is not recommended- small gall stones i guess it’s ok-
Not stones, so far, just sludge. Been having bouts of *discomfort* (understatement) for over 10 years, off and on and only a very few in the past couple of years.
I keep it on hand mostly for DH’s gout. Getting a lot of good comments in gout forums, which is where I first heard about it.
