Even after being shown beyond a doubt that only a grand jury can bring indictments you still push the BS that somebody else can bring an indictment. Cy Vance can't indict anybody.

-Provide evidence grand juries are in place and the regular suspects have been subpoenaed , Strozk,Page,Brennan,Clapper,Lynch,McCabe,Rosenstein,Comey,etc.

-Provide evidence POTUS has missiles shot at him. Provide affidavits from the owner of the time lapse camera stating it was a missile.Provide evidence from flight radars.
