A LETTER directing Huber to look into it is not the same as Huber actually looking into it.

No leaks could simply mean there was nothing to leak because nothing has been happening, ergo, nothing to leak.

Here is the date of your beloved article about Toensig.

By Debra Heine August 30, 2018

Lots can happen in six months, wouldn't you agree? Even if Toensig was trying to keep her whistle-blower client alive by not giving him up.

Remember, snitches get stitches and wind up in ditches, in Hillary land.

You make an excellent argument.

Were you on the debate team?

DOJ failed to interview FBI informant before it filed charges in Russian nuclear bribery case 12/04/17
The decisions backfired after prosecutors conducted more extensive debriefings of William Campbell in 2015, learning much more about the extent of his undercover activities and the transactions he engaged in while under the FBI’s direction, the officials said.
The debriefings forced prosecutors to recast their entire criminal case against former Russian uranium industry executive Vadim Mikerinn — removing the informant as a star witness and main victim for the prosecution, the officials added.

Snip...Campbell’s lawyer, Victoria Toensing, confirmed the Justice officials’ account. “The first time Mr. Campbell was interviewed by the U.S. Attorney’s office was after the criminal complaint was filed, and he was never brought before the grand jury before the indictment,” she told The Hill.

Looks like he talked to somebody.
A debriefing is an interview, isn't it?
The article implies it is. She says he was interviewed.
Perhaps he wasn't needed to say anything more to Huber
as his evidence and prior interviews spoke loudly enough?

A LETTER directing Huber to look into it is not the same as Huber actually looking into it.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

You BELIEVING Huber isn’t doing anything isn’t the same as Huber isn’t doing anything...

ironic huh?

Yes, the person that went undercover has Cancer, and the Obama Appointee from the land of Glenn Beck / Romney financing must think it’s contagious.

Huber, the Fraud, has done nothing.

Ask Manafort and Papadopoulos.

Ask Flynn. Ask Roger Stone.

Ask CNN if they were invited to any 4:00 am raids of the Clinton Foundation.

Why were at it, where are the indictments of McCabe, Comey, Simpson, Yates, and Strzok?

There is a pattern here.

Huber’s DoJ donated heavily to Hillary Clinton for President

A LETTER directing Huber to look into it is not the same as Huber actually looking into it.

That's true, actually.

By that same token, just because the sun came up yesterday, doesn't guarantee it'll come up tomorrow.

So your conspiracy theory then is that Huber, having been specially appointed and directed by the Attorney General to investigate certain specific and "other" matters, refused.

Is that your position?

.

The hyper technical arguments are troll stuff.

Toensing has said many times in the last 90 days that Huber has done nothing, that it’s a sham Op.

The number of backstabbers, insubordinate aholes and outright traitors that managed to infect the Trump administration is mind boggling. From his white house counsel to his AG... It’s a g-damn greek tragedy.

You're still not following the conversation. It wasn't my article, two other posters were talking about it.

Hey anything is possible, but I doubt it.

And the identity of Tonsing's whistle-blower was long ago given up. I believe in was back in November of 2016.

Of course, you BELIEVING Huber IS doing something isn’t the same as Huber actually doing something...

That's the most likely scenario, given the facts.

To believe otherwise is to be a conspiracy theorist.

How many criminal referrals has Congress made to DOJ that just disappeared into the mists? Lots.

The House has voted to hold AG Holder in contempt of Congress over his failure to turn over documents related to the Fast and Furious scandal, the first time in the nation’s history that Congress made such move against a sitting Cabinet official. What happened? Nothing.

Directives from the President to declassify information were ignored.

Nobody in Washington is held to account for disobeying orders from another branch or even from your boss.

Washington DC is not like the rest of the world where you get fired for such insubordination.

So, is it likely or even probably Huber ignored his directive? Of course it it.

Victoria Toensing said no one has interviewed her confidential informant.
See 165.

Three debriefings of William Campbell in 2015.
Note her own statement as well therein.

Somebody fed you some BS.

Has she? Really?

And if so, does she have reason to not "give up" her "rat" client?

Think about it. No really, THINK about it.

Quoting the other article nice try

“Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr has not been contacted by special counsel Robert Mueller or U.S. Attorney John Huber for interviews.”

So tell us genius, what is rule 804b regarding previous testimony especially testimony before congress?
