The guy in the video admits he took THC oil capsules in the parking lot. I don’t think the security guard smelled those.

I doubt he did. It's is more likely that someone was smoking pot in the hospital which triggered a call to the police.

Read the article in my post #61. While the patient doesn’t admit to smoking the oil, my guess is he added it to his Swisher Sweet.
