How could they NOT know this? Well, it seems like it turned out well, because it exposed all of the stupid people at the hospital, and they were removed easily with cause. No doubt, the quality of care will go up.

Yup. I know all about HIPPA. I work in a hospital(I’m that guy with the floor buffer who comes into your room when you’re trying to sleep, yup, that’s me) and I’ve been told about HIPPA. About every six months or so ALL employees have to go through the whole drill.
