I suspect if the gravity wave generator were a workable device it would not have gone to the patent office but would be locked at someplace like Skunk Works in mile deep secrecy.
Absolutely... And as pointed out to me one time a few months ago when discussing zero point it could be for a very good reason.
Not everyone can be trusted with this knowledge. Not yet...
