Funny you wrote that. I can remember going through the line getting needles in both arms simultaneously in the military. Today, I stay up on my tetanus shot because I’m always around dirty/rusty steel, metal, nails and lots of other hazards. The flu shot though I don’t get. I don’t get out in public too much. I have more than a few things to do around here, my other house and acreage.

Yep. Been there did that in the line. I’m like you, I got a few acres, horses and a mule along with barb wire. Welding and maintence on equipment and gardening in the dirt. I avoid the flu shots, I’m not convinced the advocates for those know which strain we are dodging. I got no doubts about tetanus. My wife and I raised two kids. They got their shots and we spent a lot of time home doctoring. Raise kids you’ll learn First Aide.
