I believe he will. This idiot embarrassed the Mayor and in Chicago that’s really serious. The Cook County Prosecutor is pretty much throwing the book at him now.

50/50 chance of jail time I believe. The “16 counts” will likely be plea bargained down to a guilty plea on 1 count.
The far greater potential crime with time would be on mailing the terroristic threat to himself but as of this post, I don’t believe any charges have been filed in respect to that.
Agreed. He has embarrassed the powers that be in Chicago and a lot of prominent progs nationally. And he has brought disrepute on one of their pet causes. They are going to make an example out of him. This is going to be ugly.

This story sure did drop out of the news cycle pretty fast. Made the dems look bad so they dropped it. I hope every charge sticks to him and he goes to jail.
