That brings back a bad memory from an incident after dark in a rural area on the east side of the county several years ago. Lady and a teenage girl were pulling out of a smaller county road onto a larger county road on the downside of a rise in the roadway. Motorcycle man popped over the rise at wide-open throttle right when they were crossways on the road. There was no time for him to brake, steer or anything except collide. The force of it lifted the little car up off the roadway, spun it 180 degrees and landed it in the ditch upright facing the opposite direction. Car was horribly mangled. FD guy who was at the scene told me they thought it was a hit and run at first and were seeing if they could find some clues so they could determine what kind of vehicle they should be looking for when they came to the grisly realization that the "hit and run" vehicle was
still on scene, up inside the car.

When the adrenaline wears off, only then do you discover what is really bruised/broken/smashed.

If the poster wants to respond to you he will.
That's odd, you had no problem responding unsolicited to my comment.
In any event, you could be right.
And let me clarify so you can see it from a different angle.
Regardless of vehicle, often during pursuits just like this one, the suspect will actually "signal" when changing lanes, even though they're snaking through traffic at 90mph in an attempt to evade 7 cop cars...While yet others will obey all the rules of the road including the speed limit with a conga line of cop cars behind them. So when I hear someone "signaling" when being pursued by cops, I take it a bit more literal. I hope this helps with any confusion or further issues you might have.

Yep..I’m familiar with another incident where two occupants in a Porsche lost control and violently rolled at about 105mph. The male occupant’s torso was ejected out the sunroof, the rest was still in the vehicle.

Good!
Although I have to day that I was a bit disappointed that he was able to get up and walk in a manner of speaking.
He needs to get on his knees and thank whatever god he serves that it didn’t kill him or worse.
No sympathy for the hot shot. He had it coming.

Over the years, I have seen that FR is FILLED with a bunch of blue haired self righteous virtue signalers who delight in seeing a scofflaw “getting what he deserves.”
No question the guy was insane, but I will NEVER understand the mentality which hopes for a crash and damage for a kid who just delights in getting away with flipping off authority.
I am old now, and have not ridden a bike since I was 18. I have run from the law, and all I can say is that I understand the thrill.
The self righteous clucking of virtue signalers is in fact one of the reasons there will be tons of viewers of this vid who hope he “gets away with it.”
I have long ceased trying to explain to that crowd how their supercilious snottery is in fact WORSE than the arrogant lawbreaking of this kid. It is hopeless and I don’t even bother.
Instead, I just usually signal them with the same method this kid did the cop.
Cheers.

for a kid who just delights in getting away with flipping off authority.......Sorry, it was a ‘kid’ who endangered lives, property, insurance rates and ruined the thought or ideal of the law.

Didn’t watch this video - saw a couple idiots die...one was a fellow Airman at San Vito...tried to run between two buses and ‘tickled one with a handlebar and ended up on the ground and run over by the back tires....I always cures them when i see them acting stupid and pray for their safety at the same time....I opted to give up riding a while back because as the them song for “Monk” goes...”It’s a jungle out there...”

Rode cool motorcycles for many years and loved them.
Driving around now I observe gigantic potholes on highways and think to myself:
"Hitting that pothole at highway speed could be a fatal wreck to an innocent motorcyclist.
Our infrastructure will need vast improvement before I meaningfully ride long distances again.
Maybe obtain an ancient BMW motorcycle to putt-putt around town for coffee in spring/autumn.
Motorcycles are awesome with the appropriate respect and defensive mindset.

That's odd, you had no problem responding unsolicited to my comment. I suppose it's a weakness of mine that I have an urge to defend folks whom I feel have been unfairly attacked. I'm trying to work on it.

I'm trying to work on it. And while your working on that, work on understanding how someone else with more experience than you in these matters, can see it from another point of view. See #43.

He could have ditch it into the local Tastee-Freez after a few major street changes and they probably wouldnt have found them.I used to drive my Triumph Trident way too fast. But nothing stupid like that. I went through a speed trap at 100 on a highway. Took the third exit, before the cop could get up to speed. Stopped for lunch.
