I'll say this. Maybe when the S hits the F and turmoil abounds, the media is exposed and innefectual and the derps are in "hide and cover" pure defense mode, then the Donald will be free to pardon and commute anybody he wants to, as a message.
But as long as he's in "optics" mode, I think Manafort does his wee time.
