Illinois went DST all the time some years ago.
Decided it was unsafe for kids going to school when it’s pitch dark with drivers going to work when it was pitch dark.

Isn’t it darker in the AM with DST?

I’m in Illinois and we changed our clocks Saturday night, as we have done for as long as I can remember. It would be great if we could pick one or the other and stick with it.
