Hey man I think I see myself back in the background using my flag-stick to mix my drink. Isn't that why they were handed out in the first place? I can assure you that no one in that picture was even remotely thinking about race or racism. Most of the guys were wondering if they were going to get laid that night and the girls were making sure that none of their sorority sisters saw them drunk and smoking.

I agree. Having grown up in the south, those symbols weren’t racist to us.
