Of course they did. I’m sure the winner circled the deadline date in his journal and did the right thing by hiring an atty. to do handle all that legal stuff AND become anonymous. He did his research.

If you see an ad on Craigslist stating “I won the lottery, let’s party and only hot women invited” in SC, I’m sure it’s the dude...
