Fisher Sand and Gravel Company’s President and CEO Tommy Fisher said the government is overpaying and that for $4.31 billion, he can build the wall and incorporate paved roads and border technology plus warranty.

Didn't Trump already get competitive bids? If so, where was Fisher Sand and Gravel?

Is this just an attempt at publicty, or to make Trump look bad?

I would be surprised if bids go out on a periodic basis for sections.

Competition is good. More wall for the buck.

Art of the Deal.

Look at the prototype walls, they were there and they know what they are doing. Solid Concrete but they dropped their price from what was first proposed I believe, they are the real deal and not a rock in the stream to make the President look bad.
