Sure, if you lick dewdrops off of it. But then so long as you don’t lick poison ivy you can get dewdrops off of any surface, the main problem being that you need dew to have dew drops...
In the Midwest you could cut a grape vine ….stick the hanging end in your mouth or container, then cut higher up to release the sap...that works when you cannot find dew.

Sadly, that wasn’t the case with the 11 year old missing Alabama girl who was found dead on Saturday.
