..... broken window panes were discovered in the Handel Architects-designed Millennium Tower one block over.
The 58-story tower has settled over 18 inches on one side and is also leaning by 14 inches, according to recent reports (snip)...... Engineers who have examined the damage say the broken glass indicates the facade is separating from the building itself.
So not only is the bldg sinking and tilting, it looks like it may split in two.
