Louis Colemann III faces Federal charge of kidnapping resulting in death of Jassy Correia

Louis Coleman III (32) of Providence, RI abducted Jassy Correia (23) in Boston, Mass., and several days later was stopped in Delaware, with the victim's body in the trunk of the car he was driving. Now the great states of Mass., RI, and Delaware have all previously abolished the Death Penalty.

But... the Federal Govt. has not, and Mr. Coleman, could very well receive a Federal Death Penalty, as he should.

It isn't just happening somewhere else: I was shopping at Target in Dumfries Virginia Friday evening with my 13 year old daughter and when my daughter went to a book section two over, a man stalked her and tried to grab her.

She ran away from him and got to me but couldn't speak. I finally got what happened out of her and asked if the man was still there. I took her to go look for the guy and saw that he had gotten behind us and was eyeing me, sizing me up about ten feet away. I moved towards him and said that "your life is going to end early". He grinned at me and said not to take things so seriously and ran out of the store.

I called the police but the police officer seemed indifferent and as though he doubted me and my daughter. Positive that the store has video of the incident.

All of you with children - don't let them out of sight and close reach.
