I was a cocktail waitress then bartender for many years. One thing a real waitress/bartender hates is tip stealers. I watched a new gal slide a tip off one of my tables one night. I told her if she ever touched one of my tables again I’d break her arm. In that business tips are your living since the wages are negligible.
