The plan requires that PDJT and his people follow existing law exactly. Is the recusal, based on the incorrect law citation, operational for intelligence investigations? If not, was the recusal a legal work around? Does it apply only to criminal proceedings? If I am sitting in Jeff Session’s office, what can he do and what can he not do? The incorrect legal citation leads me to believe that this is not a normal recusal and it left huge areas for Sessions in which to operate.
