How can it be Constitutional carry when you're prohibited from carrying in so many places, including court houses and the state capitol? Your observation is correct. Accordingly, my preference is for the term *Uninfringed Carry.*

How about a federal law like this? The constitution and bill of rights is national, aint it? Nah. we're getting it one state at a time.; It looks like Kentucky may be next, and they seem to agree with your reasoning. Let it get in place, have folks get used to it, and THEN have the feds certify it nationally as the way to go. Otherwise we're open for the FedGov to nullify it with a single federal law.
