Good post.
So you do agree with the previous governor who vetoed the bill?
So why do we need to require people to get training and a license to drive a car or fly an airplane but not to brandish a deadly weapon?????
Brandish?
The skill level to fly an airplane is much, much more than to shoot. I can explain in 5 minutes how to safely handle a firearm. Totally different thing.
Car titles and drivers license are mostly a control thing. Also income producers. Anyway they are not an enumerated right as bearing arms is.
I’ll watch to see if the murder rate in Oklahoma stays the same or goes down for the next 6 months and if it does, I will apologize to all who were offended by my comment.
I remember being called into the Dean Of Students office at college because someone saw a rifle on the interior headache of my truck. It was a few days before Thanksgiving (45 years ago), and I was going deer hunting when I got out of school. He was angry with me because I hadnt brought it by for him to look at, as hed never seen one like it. Needless to say, he was a gun aficionado.
Gwjack
Vermont ranked 49th in the murder rate among the states in 2016, yet no license or training has ever been required for open or concealed carry.
Screw asking the government for permission to exercise an unalienable right, Ms Brady.
Good story!!
Had rifle racks in many vehicles back then...
My shooting elk/deer/pig/varmint, rifle is a Model 88 Winchester...in .308.
Do I need a license for them?
Oh...and I brandish my hands every day....Ha!!
Goes into effect November 1, 2019.
“wave or flourish (something, especially a weapon)”
In case you dropped out of school before your spelling lessons got to 8 letter words.
HA!!.....I’ve no use in bantering with your ass.
Is that because they are holding a pistol?
Might bring a smile to your face....
Be better than this sheet!
Watch the Investigation Discovery Channel for a few days and anyone with two brain cells to rub together would decide that the Government has no damn business telling anyone they can’t carry a Gun to protect themselves and their Family.
Evil exists, and it will always exist whether the Government thinks so or not.
The old adage “better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6” is as true as ever.
Oklahoma is now a constitutional carry state, but these places don't allow your firearms
Good news.
An oldie but goodie.
