I don’t know......I once decided to try and go gluten free until I tasted my first gluten free loaf of cardboard, I mean bread. I promptly threw it away and forgot about the anti-gluten crap.
I just love reading all of the “Gluten Free” markings on all sorts of foods that are obviously NOT wheat [and its close cousins] based.
It’s totally hilarious.
