I had low-T years ago when my wife and I were trying to conceive. My urologist put me on CLOMID. My T and sperm counts went through the roof. We conceived a short time later and our son is now 22.
By pills I really should have been more clear as in the pill form of over the counter “testosterone boosters” i.e. Andro400, etc.
Infertility treatments are not the same as general low testosterone treatments.
You weren’t on CLOMID for 20+ years. You hit it and quit it after conception.
The synthetic gel stuff works, but it’s not without significant risks and is not a long term treatment option that is recommended by any reputable physician.
