There's a mathematical symbol, I think, by which you can express succinctly that Catholics are a subset of Christians.
Or was that t'other way around?
Generally speaking, on public issues, when Christians are the target, Catholics are the bulls-eye.

“Catholics” is a subset of “Christians”. One can be “anti-Catholic” without being “anti-Christian” (although that attitude would certainly be “unchristian”), but one cannot be “anti-Christian” without being “anti-Catholic”.
