The Boss’s Statement is tossed in as an exclamation point. There are FRQ’s who did try to end the circular firing squad, but when Momma pulls out the Thread Courtesy Rule Book, (as the MOTHER OF DRAGONS that she is) and does it along side of the reminder STATEMENT from “THE BOSS”, that should start to matter around here.
Our own infantile exchanges with Group B serves to blow up the Q Thread, certainly serves their purpose, freezes the Mods, and generally irritates the “H” out of the rest of us.

Thank you for your supportive post, Rita! I appreciate you and all those who are lavish with your support of these threads, each other and ME! I've never explained the MoD use before so I'll take a moment here because I don't always use it. Yes - it is for emphasis as you say, but I wanted to clarify that it is not meant to impart "Boss". :D
As Cletus posted several threads back, we don't have a boss (he said "leader"). I serve the thread and in that role I have responsibilities and I make requests. We seem to have hit upon something that works here - with cooperation from those who support the Q threads, I am able to make requests on behalf of the group for the good of the threads.
Sometimes I have to just act on my instincts as there is no rulebook or consensus, and I will act to the best of my ability to protect the Q threads - and that could put me at odds with many.
But we who support Q are all striving in our own way to support the threads and red-pilling; we are strong independent thinkers and it's natural that we disagree at times just as strongly. But ultimately, at the end of the day, WWG1WGA.
I do want to remember to post MoD, particularly when posting about sensitive issues or strongly held opinions, because I want to stress it's not personal, and that I am simply posting to the best of my ability, on behalf of the thread, as part of my service.
A little history...
In 2017, when I saw The Storm approaching, I was crushed that I couldn't do anything to support the effort (or so I thought). I was grieved to watch and not help. I begged God to give me some little thing I could do, anything I could do, to help. I would never think I could succeed as thread hostess - I reasoned the only skill I might have (I thought at the time) was diplomacy (so I've been told) and how far would that take me? :D
I and many others on these threads were posting Q drops in separate threads. We were all taking quite a beating from trolls. Many of us posting at that time were engaged in full combat with trolls for the right to post our Q threads (engaging trolls was needed back then). Many of those not engaging trolls NOW were troll hunters THEN (e.g., grey_whiskers does not ALWAYS purr). I am confident there is no shortage of a will to fight on these threads.
Swordmaker was first to suggest that I make a ping list and many of us posting separately joined together as one (WWG1WGA).
I had never managed a ping list (I had to ask bitt what one was, and were if any moving parts) and I knew my writing style is naturally verbose. I didn't think I could manage posting of threads, but I failed to factor all of you into the equation.
You can't imagine how many kind words I get in my mailbox, how much support I receive and how many times I've picked names off the posts in the neighborhood and sent a group of our FreeQs questions to help me figure out what to do. Your support, suggestions, and critiques help me learn, make decisions, and serve the thread. I am grateful to God for this opportunity to serve The Great Awakening in some way and I am very, deeply grateful to you all. THANKQ!

Just to clarify on my own use of the term, “THE BOSS”, in that comment to which you reply, I meant the FR Site Owner, JIM ROBINSON. Hope that helps.
I had failed to add the word, “himself”, which could have made the distinction between MOD and the Boss “himself”.
