The House of Representatives could impeach a federal judge for having a bad haircut. So the answer is yes.

But the House is controlled by liberals who revere the judges of the 9th Circuit, so there will be no impeachment.

If judges could get impeached for issuing stupid rulings, we wouldn’t have any judges.
