After a time, one learns which posters are good to engage in meaningful interaction and which ones should be ignored.
The back-and-forth between trolls and those that engage them accomplishes little while cluttering up these threads with mostly unuseful material.

Yes, yes. Further, the cluttering may turn off newbies, people without much time, and fence sitters, thus impacting those that need info the most. When this happens, the troll wins.

The Q board should be for information exchange, teaching, presentation of findings both original and from outside sources.
Or would you rather people disarm themselves against them which is what your acquiescence really is...disarmament.
