In Amsterdam squatters (I believe the word itself is Dutch), were removed from the typical four and five story 17th century gracht house via the window by the average Dutch tough who is often over 64. The forced exit took place via the floor in which the squatters were found about 2AM so no witnesses. Experienced squatters tended to only reside on the first two floors given the method of exit.
Correction. Squat is from the French esquatir while the Dutch word is kraker. Senior moment.
A most interesting report. Did the squatters bounce off the pavement?
:-)
