I care. Few rubbers and tuggers are actually doing it as a sane decision.
They are either addicts (and sexual abuse usually comes first) which keeps them in a slavery or they were enslaved and have no become so destroyed they can function no other way .
Sane healthy women don’t do this. They are either former child sex abuse victims, actual minors, addicts being exploited, women broken down after years of abuse to a suicidal life, or actual illegals smuggled and kept quiet due to status. Often much of the above at once.

A friend of mine who does legitimate massage therapy once told me that in many Asian countries the practice is considered normal, so many of those illegals smuggled in probably don’t think twice about doing the extra service. As a result she sometimes has a tough time competing with them because of the extra’s offered. But as you stated, they’re exploited because of their status and are usually required to hand over a large portion of their earnings to those exploiting them.
