I hate Microsoft.

I have Windows 10. Somehow or other Microsoft keeps saying I need to update it.

I don’t use any ‘office’ programs. I don’t use Microsoft’s email. I don’t play online games.

What the heck do I need Microsoft for?

Windows 10 uses Windows Defender.

Yes, it does. That doesn’t mean you don’t need to update.

Windows 10 says it’s updated and when Microsoft sends me a request to send a code to update me it does not recognize my email. Makes no sense to me.

Do you have automatic updating enabled?
MS loads my updates and installs them when I click on an alert or when I restart the computer.

I’ve never had to email them.
