I am betting that the law that they are prosecuting her with is unconstitutional. according to the wording of the law if I post any video that has a crime being committed I can be prosecuted....normal hiden store video of shop lifter illegal...years ago video of rioting illegal...most of news would be illegal to show according to this law being used to prosecute the mother for posting the video of a fight.
