Wow, this guy made an awful career move
So he complained about his salary, the show decides to write him off (fire him) and his actions of instead of finding a new job, he stages a fake hate crime on himself hoping it would gain sympathy with the producers to keep him and pay him more? Because he would now be a victim and popular with name recognition? He actually believed this would work
That was messed up
To promote his album?
I once saw a youtube video about “stars that destroyed their career in a single move.” They can add one to the list, and it may be the most famous.

I don’t think that is how it went down.
He is one the show. He decides he’s not making enough money, he creates the fake crime, fake crime falls apart. The show then FIRES him.
Look at just how CLOSE it came to actually working!
How many celebrities and political figures jumped on the bandwagon?
He took a gamble and crapped out.
Unfortunately, he really embarrassed a lot of liberals.
Frankly I'm surprised that Rahm "allowed" this case to be solved.
For that reason.
These going to be a lot of 'splainin to do in the dem debates, particularly for those vocal loudmouths like Kamala and Booker.
