McCabe tells @NicolleDWallace he added Trump as a subject of the counterintelligence investigation because of suspicious behavior--not intercepts, source reporting or other secret evidence. "There is no rational, tactical, diplomatic explanation for the things we had seen."

Stunning admission here. McCabe is basically acknowledging he + his team opened an investigation of @realDonaldTrump without real evidence. There was no secret intelligence or smoking gun. Just things he and his biased team thought were suspicious. Incredible abuse of power.
Reasonable suspicion is a legal standard of proof in United States law that is less than probable cause, the legal standard for arrests and warrants, but more than an “inchoate and unparticularized suspicion or ‘hunch’”;[1] it must be based on “specific and articulable facts”, “taken together with rational inferences from those facts”,[2] and the suspicion must be associated with the specific individual.

Trump made jokes throughout his rallies. He also said seriously that the world would probably be better off if the US and Russia worked together rather than were enemies. I guess these are what the evil DEM/HRC sycophants in the DOJ and FBI used as a rationale to attempt a coup on the duly elected President of The Unites States of America.
