Awful. I got tied up up big time when my daughter had a DNA test come back, paid for by her father. Everything lined up fine with her dad, but not me. She asked me, jokingly I assume, if I was her mother. I questioned weather my dad was my dad.
I researched and found that they go by statistics based on their database.
