Here in Pittsburgh a longstanding memorial to Pittsburgh native Stephen Foster was torn down because song lyrics he wrote in the 1850’s were suddenly deemed to be “racist”.

So yes, all of the Duke’s work could end up on the cutting room floor one day.

I remember the interview well. He talks very candidly about the Indians, getting Montezuma’s Revenge on a photo shoot in Mexico, saying that Nixon should have burned those tapes... etc.

We’re Americans. And the people who come here and thrive become the same way.

We’re an aggressive people. Our sports, our entertainment etc are aggressive.

Are politics and our guns too.

The left will try and mold us into being PJ Boys and Girls but it won’t work... maybe in 200 years, but not now.
