My wife watches streaming and it constantly pisses her off with stalls, stutters, etc.

May be our internet connection, but I do not watch as much TV as she does so I do not want a higher prices connection for movies.

Hard wire your TV with a Cat 6 may help. Although ideally you probably need to increase your speed.

I have 200m at the house with no issues.
