Of course the stigma intimidates almost everyone, so most people claim they’re not racist when in fact they are.
“They” may be, but I am not.
That said, I avoid some high risk areas in a lot of towns because of the know violence. Like the East side of Atlanta when I travel through there. I’ve never had an “incident” but I’ve felt unwanted. That is not a racial issue, but a high risk issue.
Most major cities have those areas.
