I don’t want to give false hope, etc, but my wife was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer last April.
Our PCP said she has 4-6 months and was ready to approve of hospice care.
I told him I wasn’t ready for that yet, I wanted to try keto for cancer. That was nine months ago and she is doing great.
Her spine was broken in three places from the bone mets. We just saw her radiation oncologist for a followup. He’s amazed at the progress she has made in the four months since our last visit. He told us he hadn’t expected her to make it past Christmas.
