WHERE WAS THE INTEREST TO INVESTIGATE COLLUSION THEN?
In June of 2013 when usis was trying to buy Percival’s silence, the owners at that time was a private equity firm by the name of Providence Equity Partners. At the time they had various investments in play upwards of 100 billion dollars. They were at that time the largest private equity firm in the world.Yet when the “government” settles, they settled for less then 30 million, despite the extent of the fraud. At this same time, the former CEO of usis was nominated by lorretta lynch for a position overseeing the HSBC money laundering investigation. And he was confirmed to this position. He ran this company from 2008 to 2012 when this fraud was being committed. Obviously, it served as a resume enhancement to garner him to a position overseeing his co-conspirators.
Our government has spent the last two years investigating “trumpted” up charges of russian conspiracy when the real fraud and collusion has been within.
