True... but my point is how Trump might have to get around court-ordered obstructions. As I have said previously, I do not think the courts have jurisdiction in national security matters. Will courts decide whether we can go to war?

This is not necessarily a good path to travel down... but we will anyway. The You-know-who Party will insist.
