Well, at first glance at the posts, and without digging at all, I'd say the Corinthian hotel is where those dirty rats in the night-time street photo that is attached and was posted so long ago were heading to/staying/meeting something.
I bet Q is giving them a heads up and reminding them they HAVE IT ALL. After all, the rats know if they stayed there and if that's them in the pic, right?
Judging by the street and the location of the London Eye, it looks like the photo was taken from the Corinthia Hotel.
