“Empire” and the Smollet stuff has top billing on Drudge. Watergate level coverage of a past-tense hoax. If the MSM weren’t trying to distract from treason in high places, Drudge would never feature give top billing to a race-baiting hoax; Smollet would normally be concealed the moment he was exposed as a hoaxer. Just not his day, I guess.
While driving earlier, all the news-talk stations were all about Smollett, too. As a media guy, I can see the purpose - Ear-Balls (listeners / viewers). It's hollyweird combined with train wreck. Business is good...
From the perspective of a FReeQ, I think the Smollett Hoax reporting has a tremendous benefit for us. That being, it exposes the MSM as the pathetic lairs they are. This exposure will help smooth the the path of DECLAS for the grass-eating masses.

Agreed. I think it’s ironic that right now the MSM only have Smollet to flog because this issue DOES undermine them directly. Oh but they are trying to spin the heavy exposure (distraction) now as being their natural inclination for full disclosure....but who’s left to believe that?
IMHO what will clear the path to DECLAS is sending Mueller to the Dry Tortugas...

IMO DECLAS et al has been blocked by the SC investigation (obstruction of an on-going investigation) to protect the 'rats & their DS co-conspirators.
