Wow! Now that is clever. Good police work.

I’m surprised they aren’t burning Chicago down over this by now. Things have quieted down since Ferguson and Trayvon. Of course, nobody was killed in this latest incident. But the natives usually never miss a good excuse to burn neighborhoods down.
