I know what I’d do. They are neighbors, do they share a property boundary? What direction is the prevailing wind? If the situation is right I would start raising (legally) every pig I could afford right on the property line so the aroma could get straight to the asshole. When he gets tired of it and tries to move that smell will cripple his wallet. Revenge is a dish best served very cold.
