BS. I was reading CM comics in the late ‘40s! I recall that around age 4-5 I sent maybe 25 cents and received a CM cape in the mail. I’d run around in the yard pretending I was flying.
That must’ve been Fawcett Comics Captain Marvel who became Shazam.
