Glad to see someone defending Chuck. I worked in their HQ a couple of times. It's a well run company, and a place people can have a birthday party for their kids without having to drop $200+.

This is like blaming the entire Burger King company when a dumbazz employee decides to take a bath in their sink.

Personally I detest going there.

That being said, my grandkids love the place. And I’m impressed on how they cater to kids and kid’s safety.

You can go there and let the kids out without a leash, and they have a great time.

So, if you can stand bad pizza and deafening kid noise for the sake of the kids, go for it.
