Omar, AOC and Tlaib are going to be like adopted kids that the parents all thought were going to be great, but they soon realize that they adopted demons. And they have to wait 2 years to send them back to adoption agency and pray that they don’t burn the house down in the process.

Good luck getting rid of this trio of misfits.

Omar was elected by her Somali brothers and sisters, she represents their views and will be hard to displace. Ditto with Tlaib. Tlaib sits in John Conyers old seat. It is a seat that will be held by a protected minority dem forever. AOC was elected by numbskulls like herself who will re-elect her.

What a great analogy! Nancy adopted crack-addicted baby Russians.

More like the foreign exchange stoonts that drop out steal your jewelry try to seduce your husband/wife/kids and take your car for a spin then try to burn down the house if you push back

Omar, AOC and Tlaib are going to be like adopted kids that the parents all thought were going to be great, but they soon realize that they adopted demons.

They weren't adopted, they were inherited (in a way).

Consider that the Democratic Party is not a company or unified organization. It is a conglomeration (i.e., parts grouped together to form a whole for political goals but remain distinct entities).

Pelosi can finagle a voting bloc in Congress by her dealmaking, but the individual parts have the power granted them by their voters...and the leadership has little power to control them most of the time.

Whether the leaders of the Democratic Party like it or not, the Party is now infected with some deeply troubling individuals and their constituents.

Fortunately, this is not, for the most part, a problem that the GOP has.

The GOP needs to figure out how to capitalize on this situation and bring to the GOP those blocs (like Jews in the Dem Party) who now find themselves unwelcome at the Dem table.
