Using the word “killed” is inadequate to the reality. It is far more accurate and, importantly, striking to use the word “murdered”.

Also since Hitler and Tojo were not communists, it is better to use “Socialism”

The more truthful statement would be:

Socialism murdered
160 million people in the 20th century
