It’s still a tax revenue net positive to have Amazon and the 25K jobs.
I get it. I agree. Those hipsters will be buying a lot of craft beer after they pay their $3-4000 a month rent.
At the end of the day, I just don’t think that the government and the taxpayer should be giving up ‘goody bags’ like this. That’s all.
