Supposedly, Silicon Valley has long been a CIA stronghold. Part of the plan was to import as many “soldiers” into CA as possible and I suspect there are weapons caches to “equip” them as needed. Things haven’t been going well for the DS so they’ve had time to adapt their plan to beef up “resistance.” /End of pessimism transmission/ :D
Several thousand rounds usually means a few buckets of 22lr. Pistol shooters do go through 3,000 to 5,000 per week during the competitive season so having a few thousand in many areas is not a big deal.
